Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up with the Insurance payer to check on claim status denied by Insurance Payers.
- Identify denial reason given by these insurance Payers and work on resolution for these claims.
- Good Communication skills/Probing skills and Call etiquette - Require to call Insurance companies out of India.
- Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute, BCA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BPharma, MBA, MPharma, BA All eligible (BE/BTech Not Eligible)
- Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Typing speed of 30-35 WPM)
- Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)

- Should be Adaptable & Flexible in all work situations.
- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
- Analytical bent of mind.
- Computer Literacy.
Salary Offer: 2 LPA during training (3 Months), 2.4 LPA + Perks + Meals after training
