We are looking for bright, young engineers who apart from being extremely competent are self-motivated problem-solvers with a penchant for learning and doing, have willingness to walk this hard but purposeful path.

Roles Hiring For :

  1. Full Stack Developer : 4.5 – 6 Lacs
  2. UI / Front-end Developer : 4.5 Lacs
  3. Quality Analyst ( Software Testing ) : 4.5 Lacs

Internship Details :
The selected candidates from this drive will be given a pre-placement offer and they will be joining as interns till they complete graduation. We might extend the internship duration, Incase if the students take leave for a longer duration ( Ex : 30+ Days ( Personal Reasons ) – Excluding the Sick Leaves & Special Leaves Given to them to attend the Mid/Sem Exams ) during the internship period. 
Since it’s a paid Internship, candidates will receive a stipend of 15,000/Month.
Once they complete graduation, they will be converted to a full time employee with salary in range of 4.5 - 6 LPA

*1st Month from the date of joining the Internship would be considered as a Probation Period. In case, if the candidate is not able to adapt to the remote work culture or not able to perform well during the training period, we might discontinue the Internship and send the student back to the college ( This happens Only if, the candidate doesn’t perform – Only in rare cases ).

Eligibility Criteria : NO Criteria at all

Interview Process: Quality Analyst : ( No Technical or Coding Knowledge required for this role )

1. Aptitude (MCQ) : 60 Minutes. ( Online Test )
2. Bug test : 30-45 Minutes ( Online Test ) – ( Candidates need not have any prior knowledge of testing / prior preparation for taking this test )
3. GD 30 – 45 Minutes : Online ( Mostly Using MS Teams / Zoom )
4. System Test : Test Cases & Scenarios : 45-60 Minutes – ( Candidates need not have any prior knowledge of testing / prior preparation for taking this test )
5. Personal Interview – Test for Analytical & Logical thinking ability ( Face to Face Interview ) : 30 – 45 Minutes ( No Theoretical Questions Will be Asked ).
6. MR/HR Interview. ( 30 – 45 Minutes )

Interview Process: Full Stack Developer

1.Aptitude (MCQ) – 60 Minutes. - Online Test 
2. Programming Assessment (4 Programming problems would be given for which the candidate can answer any 3 questions using any programming language. ( However we look at the logic)- 30-45 Minutes ( Online Test )
3. Group Discussion - 30 – 45 Minutes : Online ( Mostly Using MS Teams / Zoom )
4. System Test – Candidate has to work on any real time programming problem using any programming language they are comfortable with – any programming editor (Turbo C / Visual Studio / Eclipse etc.) followed by a technical discussion : 120 - 150 Minutes. ( Online Coding )
5. Personal Interview : Technical – Problem Solving : 30 – 45 Minutes ( No Theoretical Questions Will be Asked ).
6. MR/HR Interview ( 30 – 45 Minutes )

Interview Process : UI / Front-end Developer :

1.Aptitude (MCQ) – 60 Minutes. - Online Test 
2.Programming Assessment (4 Programming problems would be given for which the candidate can answer any 3 questions using any programming language. ( However we look at the logic of the code)- 30 - 45 Minutes ( Online Test )
3. Group Discussion - 30 – 45 Minutes : Online ( Mostly Using MS Teams / Zoom )
4. System Test – Candidate has to work on any real time problem statement 120 - 150 Minutes. ( Online Coding – Basic UI / Front-End Technologies : HTML / CSS / Java Script )
5. Personal Interview : Technical – Problem Solving : 30 – 45 Minutes ( No Theoretical Questions).
6. MR/HR Interview ( 30 – 45 Minutes )

Note :
While taking the Aptitude Test, the students will get a chance to choose the role ( Full Stack Developer / UI Developer / Quality Analyst ). The candidate can choose only 1 among the 3 roles. Once they qualify in the aptitude test, based on the role they choose they will have further interview rounds.

Since, it’s a remote Interview Process, we have enabled online proctoring in our assessment platform. The candidates need to have a web cam for attending all the Interview Rounds. There would be Live Recording

The whole Interview Process might take 10 - 15 Days of Time ( Starting from the Aptitude Test Date )

 

Date of Joining : Immediate ( Within 10 – 15 Days after Selection )

Work Location : Remote Work ( For Now ) after the situation gets better, the work location would be Hyderabad.
